| I am one of the few Floridians who was actually born in Florida. I was born in Orlando in 1938. My grandfather was Treasurer of the Florida Citrus Fruit Growers Association. His groves are probably part of what is now Disney World. | |
| My family and I moved to Paterson, New Jersey, where I attended grammar and high school. I received a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University in 1958 and an L.L.B from New York University in 1962. I moved to Atlantic City, New Jersey when I graduated from Law School, passed the Bar Exam the first time, and entered into private practice, one year later becoming the first member of my graduating class to become a partner in a Law Firm. I was a partner or the head of my own Law Firm for the next 41 years, emphasizing all aspects of real estate law. During that time I was also the principal owner of a title insurance company and a real estate brokerage firm. I was admitted to practice in all the New Jersey Courts and Administrative agencies and all of the Federal Courts, including the United States Supreme Court. | |
| I was selected to "OUTSTANDING YOUNG MEN OF AMERICA". I served as President of the Atlantic City Jaycees and two terms as Assistant State Legal Counsel of the New Jersey Jaycees, and was then honored as a JCI Senator. I was local and national president of my high school fraternity, and charter president of my college fraternity. | |
| I married the former Gail Raisin of Passaic, New Jersey in 1958. We had three children and now have four grandchildren. We discovered Paradise during a vacation in southwest Florida in January of 2000, purchased in the gated community of Herons Glen in North Fort Myers, Florida, semi-retired from the practice of law later that year, and have been living here full time since September of 2001. | |
| I am anxious to put my record of accomplishments, knowledge, dedication and creativity to work for you. Call me to discuss any of your real estate needs. | |
